2025 Detroit High School Sports Awards

The Detroit High School Sports Awards is an athletic recognition program celebrating the area’s top-performing athletes, coaches and teams. The nine-month program, selecting and announcing nominees each season, culminates in an in-person awards show where winners are announced and special awards are given.

The Detroit High School Sports Awards is presented in partnership with Gift of Life Michigan and powered by the Detroit Free Press.

This awards show will take place on June 16 at the Fillmore Detroit. Nominated athletes, coaches, or members of nominated teams of the year are invited to attend and receive complimentary tickets, thanks to our sponsor, but must register. Tickets for family, friends, and supporters are also complimentary this year, thanks to the Gift of Life Michigan. Tickets include a carpet walk and photos, awards presentation and inspirational talk with a special guest professional athlete. Celebrate the best local high school athletes with us!
