Course Description:
Anterior tooth replacement is one of the most challenging treatments in implant dentistry. Immediate implant placement with provisonalization (IIPP) has emerged as a treatment protocol for single tooth replacement. Delayed implant placement is an alternative protocol when ridge preservation is required; however, challenges for both modalities encompass hard and soft tissue loss. Participants in this course will become proficient in the management of immediate and delayed anterior dental implants with provisionalization in the esthetic zone. The lecture session will provide clinicians with the knowledge to excel and become confident in treating a range of surgical and restorative protocols, where they will learn a variety of principles from analogue to digital including anatomical considerations, surgical techniques, soft tissue management, provisionalization, and final prosthetics. Interactive hands on experience will take attendees to another level in digital planning of immediate implant placement provisionalization using DTX studio implant software, Xnav Technology, and implant placement and provisionalization fabrication. Clinicians will complete this course with the skills they need to implement these treatments in their practice.
Learning Objectives:
• Diagnosis, case selection, and planning of anterior single implants.
• Analogue and digital surgical and restorative planning using DTX implant software.
• Surgical protocols and different techniques for immediate and delayed implant placement.
• Soft tissue management around anterior implants.
• Principles of temporary and custom healing abutments designs for optimal success.
• Surgical Guide and Temporary fabrication using 3D printing.
• Introducing N1 Implant system in the esthetic zone.
