This anterior implantology course is designed to provide practicing dentists comfortable with placing posterior implants with the knowledge and skills necessary to start planning and placing anterior implants in their offices. This course will focus on treatment planning, use of CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, planning software, and surgical guides. Extraction, bone grafting, surgical technique, and suturing will be covered. However, this set of 3 modules’ goal is to address anterior implants and advanced skillsets. These skillsets include sinus lift surgeries, platelet rich fibrin procedures, and the nuances of anterior implants.
Participants will be trained using the Nobel Biocare implants, surgical kits, and prosthetic components. The course will include in-person lectures, virtual planning meetings, hands-on workshops, live patient surgeries, and case presentations with review to help dentists gain practical experience to advance their surgical placement skills.
