Glow Within: Face Yoga + Gua Sha Workshop

A beautiful 1-hour self-care workshop designed to awaken your natural glow and release tension in your face, jaw, and mind. Through the gentle art of face yoga, the soothing ritual of gua sha, and the healing support of lymphatic drainage techniques, you’ll learn how to release tension, stimulate circulation, and support your skin’s natural vitality from the inside out.

In this workshop, you'll:

Receive two facial tools to take home for ongoing practice

Learn foundational techniques for both face yoga and gua sha

Practice in a calm, supportive space with mirrors and seat cushions provided

Use a nourishing face oil (provided) — or feel free to bring your own if preferred

This is a beautiful opportunity to rejuvenate your skin, reconnect with your breath, and leave glowing — inside and out.
