The New Moon is a time for sacred pause - a time too listen, reflect, and plant the seeds of what you're truly ready to call in. Join me for a deeply nourishing evening under the dark moon where we'll slow down, tune in, and align with the energy of new beginnings.

This session blends gentle, grounding movement with guided meditation, a manifesting practice, sound bowls, and oracle card insight to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and desires. We'll explore what you're ready to release, what you're ready to receive, and how to move forward with trust.

Come as you are - no experience needed. Leave feeling lighter, clearer and energetically aligned with your next chapter. Bring a NEW journal, a pen of your favorite color and an open heart!

We will meet at the south end of Delray Beach near lifeguard tower S5 and the volleyball nets. Park on A1A or in Anchor Beach Parking across the street.
