Mindful Movement (yoga) at The Potting Shed

Arrive at 8:35 a.m. at Breathe Easy Farm/The Potting Shed with your mat or blanket (I also have a few on hand) .....and take a walk down the nature trail that leads to the lakeside serenity where we'll find our mindful movement yoga flow for 30 minutes - accessible for all. We'll roll up the mats at 9:15 and make our way back to Coffee Club, refreshed and ready to learn! Coffee Club is hosted by a different speaker each week and topics that will expand your knowing! Stay if you're able!
