Join us for another beautiful evening in nature with Breathe Easy Farm / The Potting Shed owners Amy & Darrell Lowe and yoga /community circle led by The Unbound Mama - Amy Meyer for a collaborative event "Root to Rise: An Evening of Plants, Poses & Presence"

- Meet the owners - Amy &/or Darrell
- Walking meditation in nature led by Amy Meyer
-Gentle stretches and breath work (all levels welcome & encouraged, modifications will be given so you'll learn what feels good in your body)
- Community + tea time (tea provided)
- Opportunity to shop the nursery & produce stand which features several other local businesses'/ products

Registration is required for planning purposes & will open closer to the date.
