Kid's Summer Yoga Camp (ages 5-8)

Join us for a fun filled 3 day summer camp for ages 5-8. We will have daily morning yoga practices, crafts, and restorative yoga each day.

Our theme for this year’s camp is “Exploring Yoga” . Together will explore and discuss how yoga changes the way we feel physically and mentally, and how we can use yoga and the tools of yoga (breathwork, mindfulness, slowing down) to help us in our daily lives.
