Tween Summer Camp (ages 9-12)

Join Us for a 3-Day Summer Yoga Camp!

Get ready for a fun and enriching experience with yoga, crafts, meditative walks (weather permitting), and daily restorative practices.

This Year’s Theme: Healthy Boundaries

Throughout camp, we’ll explore what it means to set safe and positive boundaries—in your yoga practice, in friendships, in life, and within yourself. Together, we’ll learn how to recognize signs of overwhelm and burnout, and how to hear and honor your inner truth.

Each Day Includes:

Morning yoga

Creative crafts

Meditative walks

Restorative yoga
