Join us for a 1-hour weekly class designed to reconnect you with your body and breath through Tai Chi-inspired mindful walking, enhanced by the natural support of essential oils.
In this gentle and welcoming session, you’ll:
- Move slowly and intentionally to improve balance and coordination
- Practice mindful breathing to quiet the mind and reduce stress
- Enjoy the calming benefits of carefully selected essential oils - backed by research for their role in calming the stress response and promoting emotional balanceLeave feeling grounded, present, and restored.
