Art Journaling with Becky: A Therapeutic Creative Practice

Join us for a mindful art journaling session at the Creston Arts Center!

Discover the healing power of art journaling in this reflective workshop led by Becky. Through guided prompts, poetry, meaningful quotes, and mixed media techniques, you’ll create pages that express your inner voice and emotions. A gentle, supportive space for self-discovery, creativity, and mindfulness—no art experience required.

Class is capped at 20 participants. Online registration is required at www.crestonarts.org. All ages. A parent or guardian must accompany youth under 12 years of age. Free-will donations accepted.
