The highest-ranking player chooses the box, and the box is split among the Top 4.
Option 2: Top 4 Play Out the Top Cut
1st Place: Wins half a box
2nd Place: Wins a quarter box
3rd Place: Wins 3 packs
4th Place: Wins 3 packs
