Brick training + social: Tuesday, June 24 @ 6:15pm --> NEW TIME
We are at Point Holmes this week for the next brick session.
What’s a dip you ask? Consider it a practice with your wetsuit - getting it on, getting wet, and getting it off. If you plan to swim any distance please arrive early, swim unsupported, and be ready to transition to the bike at 6:30.
Don't have a wetsuit, or don't want to swim? No problem, just bike and run, or socialize, or whatever suits you.
Meet at Point Holmes on the inland side of Lazo Road, approximately across from the boat ramp. If you aren’t sure where that is just watch for the road bikes, that’s us! Be there for 6:15 for a 6:30 pm start.
Set up your transition (it will be supervised, don’t worry about leaving your gear).
