Sound bath meditation, with a focus on mindfulness and relaxation. Come reboot with us!

Meditation is a mindfulness practice that has been shown to lower anxiety, reduce blood pressure and heart rate, help focus, improve sleep and reduce asthmatic episodes as well as to provide many other benefits.

I will be playing/ leading a sound bath meditation on a 3rd Wednesday every month

@ 7:30pm

at Southern Flair on the Square
1128 Milam St, Columbus, TX 78934

Bring a Yoga mat (double or extra padding is a plus) to lay on. A bean bag, a meditation rug or a lounge chair also works - whatever you can be comfortable on for 1hr. A Blanket, Pillow and a water bottle.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.

Please arrive a few minutes early to set up in your spot. I start playing at 7:30, and doors will be locked after that. If you come earlier you can also shop at the store before we start

Duration is approximately 1:15. Suggested donation is $10.00
