Ribbon Cutting for Wellbeing Workshops Co

Thursday's ribbon cutting celebrates the rebranding of Wellbeing Workshops Co, formerly Soul's Truth Coaching, as owner Skye Nicholson focuses on providing her engaging, evidence-informed workshops to businesses, schools and community organizations. Wellbeing Workshops Co offers a variety of highly-rated virtual and in-person workshops and seminars for employee wellbeing and mental health, including stress management, mindfulness, and healthy boundaries for work-life balance. As a certified life coach, published author, former engineer and teacher, Skye guides participants through simple and relatable tactics for managing the buildup of daily stress that leads to workplace burnout.
