Baby Basics: FREE Class for New Moms!

Are you a new or expecting mom? Feeling a little overwhelmed or unsure about where to start? You’re not alone, and we’re here to help!

Join us on Tuesday, June 25 at 5:30 PM, 114 N Lehmberg Road, for a free in-person class led by Children's Health Center's Dr. Denise Turner. This class is designed specifically for first-time moms or anyone who wants a refresher on newborn care.

We’ll walk through the basics together, covering things like:
✔️ How to swaddle safely
✔️ Sleeping tips for your newborn
✔️ Diapering and bathing how-tos
✔️ What baby sounds mean (and which ones are totally normal)
✔️ What to ask for on your baby registry — must-haves vs. nice-to-haves

This is a judgment-free, relaxed space where you can learn, ask questions, and connect with other moms who are in the same stage of life. Whether you’re just starting to prepare or already counting down the days, this class is for you.
