Youth Aerial Hammocks

This will be a fun beginner 6 week workshop that will focus on basic poses and inversions, as well as building strength and balance. We will focus on foundational poses and shapes that will provide the building blocks for aerial hammocks.

Fridays 3:30-4:30PM
Dates: 6 weeks | 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 7/11, 7/18 + 7/25

Member: $99 | Non-Member: $129
Ages: 7-12 | Limited to 6 students
