Cold Plunge + Breathwork Workshop

Step into a powerful journey designed to reset your nervous system and awaken your inner strength! This immersive workshop will blend ancient Tummo breathwork with cold exposure, inspired by the Wim Hof Method.
We’ll begin by exploring how breathwork can reduce inflammation, improve immunity, lower blood pressure, and enhance focus and performance. Then, we’ll dive into how cold plunging complements breathwork.
