Join our cheer medicine experts, the trusted team behind the Ravens Cheerleaders, for sessions on strength training, mobility, and endurance at the MedStar Health Sports Performance at Cockeysville.

Participants will receive a sports injury screening and injury prevention tips. Baltimore Ravens mascot, Poe, will even be in attendance that day! This event is perfect for middle school, high school, and college cheerleaders.
