Join us for Movement Timonium's first ever Puppy Yoga, all-levels Yoga class on Saturday, June 28th 10am-12pm.
Puppy Yoga will take place at Sit Means Sit Dog Training

Enjoy an all-levels yoga class alongside adoptable shelter puppies from Saving Grace Animal Rescue! One hour yoga class at Sit Means Sit will be 10am-11am followed by one hour of refreshments. Participants receive a Movement x Sit Means Sit goody bag and 70% of the proceeds are donated to Saving Grace Rescue, helping shelter dogs find a forever home.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water if possible. Movement will only provide a limited number of mats.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your mat.

How many puppies will be at puppy yoga?
8-10!
Are the puppies adoptable?
Yes! All puppies are adoptable. Who knows, you may arrive for yoga and meet your new best friend! Saving Grace staff will be able to assist you with adoption questions as well. From Saving Grace: Only approved applicants can adopt a puppy at an event. However in order to adopt, everyone that lives in the household and all dogs must be present at the meet and greet. So most of the time people do not leave with puppies at these types of events. However, rescue representatives will be available to discuss next steps to adopt these puppies!
What is Sit Means Sit?
Sit Means Sit is a dog training franchise dedicated to professional obedience training for both puppies and dogs. Instructors will also be present to answer any questions and set you up with a free training session coupon.
Do you have to be a Movement member to sign up?
Nope! Anyone can sign up, but Movement members receive a discount on the class.
