Massage, stretch and relax

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.
Allow the power of massage, Reiki, breathwork and gentle restorative stretches to guide you into a deeper sense of peacefulness within yourself. Join Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Kirsten Weiland and Certified Yoga Instructor Lynette Forret as they guide you through a 90-minute session of stretching and relaxation. This practice will be combined with hands-on massage therapy and infused with Reiki energy work. Aromatherapy will be used.
