We are hoping the early start will help everyone and the animals.
Please read all details - changes and deadlines are listed below:
Don't own a horse - that's ok we will have horses available.
Camp Dress code - Jeans(pants) are Recommended throughout camp. Closed-toed shoes only - No tank tops, No flipflop or any kind of open toe shoes.
Refillable water bottles encouraged, but not required.

CTC Cowboy Camp will be on
(Wednesday thru Friday) June 18 - 20, 2025 from 8AM to 3PM Check in will start at 7AM each day (June 18-20, 2025)
Rodeo day
Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 8AM til we are finished
Check in will start at 7AM on June 21, 2025
Changes this year:
Cowboy Camp ages are 8yrs old to 14yrs old - Age verification is required
Jr. Leaders ages are 15yrs old to 18yrs old – Age verification is required
Registration time will provide drinks, snacks and sandwiches available for all campers and visitors.
All campers, Jr leaders, and visitors will be required to sign-in at the white building. (no exceptions)
Cost per Camper & Jr leader $100.00
Registration is now open!! Each camper and Jr leader will be required to register online. There's a minimum deposit of $25.00 per camper and Jr leader at time of registration. Payment are allowed online and balance should be paid no later than June 8, 2025.
Please print and complete liability form for your camper and Jr leader that will be attending camp and posse grounds – you are welcome to send this form anytime before camp. Please email form to

Registration is limited to 75 campers & Jr leaders total.
Registration will be open until we reach 75 campers & Jr leader or June 8th at 12noon – online registration will offer a waitlist this year.
Very important note:
T-shirts: To ensure your camper or Jr leader receives a t-shirt in their size they must be registered no later than May 25th.
