Community Talk: The Importance of Shoe Choices with Shyla Thelen RN

Shyla, a foot care specialist will provide expert guidance on healthy shoe choices/options. Comfort, support, and proper fit for your own unique feet are the key factors to look for. The right shoes can help prevent foot pain, improve posture, increase mobility, help with balance and reduce the risk of injury.
We'll have a selection of shoes on hand to look at. Please bring your own shoes to review with Shyla, if you have questions or would like an assessment.
The Free Community Talk series aims to provide access to all ages and residents of Upper Kittitas County and surrounding areas on healthy and wellness, cultural and educational information. The series happens the first Tuesday of each month. Events are open to the public and no registration is required.
