Girl’s Night: Core & Pelvic Floor Workshop

Let’s talk pelvic floor — and have a little fun while we’re at it!

Hosted by our very own Dr. Danielle Kras, PT, DPT, CSCS - Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

This interactive workshop is specifically designed for female athletes who want to better understand their bodies and boost performance from the inside out. We’ll explore the often-overlooked connection between the core and pelvic floor, discuss common issues female athletes face, and dive into movement strategies that promote strength, stability, and confidence. Through approachable education, light movement, and a relaxed social setting (yes, there will be wine), you’ll gain practical tools to train smarter and begin your journey toward leak-free workouts!
