About the Speaker

Shaquille Riston is the CEO and Founder of Riston Financial Service Group, with over 10 years of experience in accounting, personal and business finance. She holds a Bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University and Masters from Northern Kentucky University. Shaquille has earned many certifications, including programs like, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, GE, and the African American Chamber’s - AOL Financial Literacy Program as the Instructor. Shaquille specializes in helping small businesses grow through smart accounting & bookkeeping , tax strategy, and financial planning. She’s been a featured speaker with SCORE Greater Cincinnati, panel moderator at the Confluence annual event, and was honored with a Cincy Power Award by the Cincinnati Herald as "Best Accounting Firm" 2024-25. Known for her down-to-earth, relatable teaching style, Shaquille makes financial topics easy to understand and apply. Her motto? “Start small. Finish big.”
