The Revive + Thrive Home Repair Loan Program is a Hamilton County initiative designed to address essential home repair needs for eligible homeowners in Hamilton County, currently outside of the City of Cincinnati.
Funded by the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners and powered by LISC Greater Cincinnati, the Revive + Thrive Loan Program provides affordable financing for essential home repairs that help protect housing, health, and generational wealth. The program offers homeowners loans of up to $25,000 at 2% interest to make essential home repairs, making homes more comfortable and worth more over time.
Revive + Thrive program partners offer hands-on support with paperwork and home repairs, ensuring participants receive help every step of the way. To get started, call United Way 211 to start the pre-qualification process. Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) works with each homeowner to complete an application with all of the necessary paperwork. Warsaw Federal, Cincinnati’s first Minority Depository Institution, reviews applications to determine loan eligibility and originates and services the loans. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati handles everything from defining the scope of repairs, to hiring skilled, trusted subcontractors, to making sure the work gets done right.
Single-family Hamilton County homeowners with incomes at or below 80% of the AMI ($80,550 for a family of three, $62,650 for a single person) may be eligible. Additional eligibility requirements apply.
