House of Rest is a healing-centered wellness lounge and marketplace curated by House of Wellness (HOW) in collaboration with JR Gatt LLC Health & Wellness and created to honor the power of rest as resistance and healing as collective wisdom.

Two grounding mental health panel led by lived experience from 12PM-2PM & 5PM-7PM!
A vibrant marketplace of Black and women-owned wellness brands, food and creators!
This is a space to slow down, connect, and restore

This is not your typical panel or pop-up, it’s an intentional pause in the midst of a busy week. Come rest, reflect, and reconnect.
