Warm up your holiday season with festive, flavorful homemade jams!
In this interactive class, we’ll create seasonal jams using ingredients like pomegranates, cinnamon and other warming spices that feel both festive and nourishing. These jams are perfect for Christmas morning spreads, Hanukkah gatherings, holiday cookies or even as thoughtful homemade gifts. You'll learn approachable jam-making techniques, safe storage tips and creative ways to use jams beyond toast—such as in layered cakes, salad dressings or even holiday cocktails and mocktails. You'll leave with recipes, inspiration and a jar of jam to take home, feeling festive, confident and ready to share the joy of homemade jams with your loved ones!
All ingredients will be provided. Bring an apron if you'd like! This class is open to all skill levels, and no prior experience is needed.

She integrates her passions for herbal teas, botanical foods, art and seasonal cooking to inspire others toward sustainable, nourishing choices.
