Come join us for a fun filled 45 min workout class hosted by F45. They will be doing their hybrid workout. It's a mix of cardio, resistance, agility, and core movements. Your body and mind will thank you! All proceeds will benefit the Lane 8 fund to help with their mission to support youth swimming in Cincinnati.
