Yo Shionoya will perform Japanese composer Toru Takemitsu's pieces for oboe performance.
Preeti Parikh will talk about her journey as a writer. Parikh is a National Poetry Series Finalist and the recipient of a 2024 Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award.
Hidden Histories, Heroic Tales: The Making of "Filipino Assassin". The panel features public historian James Tecco and writer/Creative Mussel publisher Jay B. Kalagayan, and will be moderated by Caitlin Behle.
