BLOOM: A Back-to-School Self-Care Retreat for Teen Girls

Before the school year picks up—before the teachers, the friend dynamics, the pressure to have it all figured out—we’re creating space for the gurls to come back to themselves.

BLOOM is a one-day self-care retreat for girls, ages 13–17, rooted in love, boundaries, and becoming. Through nature, journaling, movement, and real conversation, participants will explore emotional tools that help them step into the school year clear, grounded, and connected to who they are.

This isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and bloom.
