A Walk in a Park with Emily Buckley

The Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness Hiking Series offers 24 weeks of free, guided wellness walks from May through October in parks across the city. Our goal is simple: help our community move more, feel better and connect to the beautiful public spaces we all share.
This week, join Emily Buckley in Avon Woods, a hidden oasis featuring winding trails, native plans and tranquil forest views. Meet outside the nature center for a serene and inspiring start to your month.
