Open State Level Grand Yoga Competition Aug 2025

Open State Level Grand Yoga Competition organised by Kalam Event Management on 31st Aug 2025 at Dr. Mehta`s International School, Chennai Sponsored by BookNGo.live and Sports Partner Decathlon, Nolambur.

Instructions 

Pre-KG to UKG is general.

1st to 12th STD will be category and gender wise.

Open Category

General category should display minimum of 3 positions for 15sec and can select from any of the following: Forward, Backward, Twisting, Leg Balance, Hand Balance. 

Champion of Champion should have display minimum of 5 positions for 15sec from the following: Forward, Backward, Twisting, Leg Balance, Hand Balance.

Event & Reporting Time

Pre-kg to 4th event starts at 10:00AM

others the event will start at 11:30AM

Prizes and Rewards:

General Category top 5 places will get Trophy

All Participants will get a Medal & Certificate.

Champion Category All Participants will get a Trophy

Report 30Min Before the Event.
