NAMI Peer Support Group

Hi everyone! I am the new PT Community Organizer for the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). I am located here in Madras to build NAMI programs here in Madras, free support groups, volunteer trainings and community events to counter mental illness stigma!

We are starting with a support group for those who struggle with mental health challenges on Friday May 2 1-2 pm (1st and 3rd Fridays) at the Senior Center. It will be co-facilitated by myself and Sarah Caskey both trained NAMI group facilitators. We would love to have you!

We will also be doing our OWN NAMI Mental Health Walk in May 18th. In Bend they will have one and we will have one here! More details on that to follow.
