Summer Heartfulness Self-Reflection

When it comes down to it, love is the greatest force in the universe. Throughout all practices and cultures, love is the uniting theme. Sometimes in the modern world, it can be hard to connect with the heart. We forget that it is the heart, not the brain, that is the "master organ."

Join somatic therapist and social worker, Erin Henshaw, for a self-reflection program to practice connecting with our hearts, so that we can more deeply connect with others. This pay-what-you-can program is open to ages 12+. Erin's programs are known for attracting people from many fields, backgrounds and adventures. We always seek to create a judgment free, growth-oriented zone.

We will do some gentle mind body movements, meditation and sharing. Please bring a journal if that feels good to you! The formal program will last 1-hour with an additional 30 minutes for sharing and reflection as desired.
