This SENIORS FIELD TRIP is only $30 for the ride to all 3 stops and a boxes lunch along the way! Be sure to bring your spending money for the apple orchard, country store and dinner at Woodgrill Buffet (formally Western Sizzlin)!!! Monday, June 30th
Coach Bus will depart from Target Whiteoak (4521 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231) at 10am for a trip into the Charlottesville area for a day of fun.
12pm: Stop1 at Drumheller’s Apple Orchard. This orchard is inside a covered building and you go around to each bin and select your different apples, yams and other goodies (like apple butter, peach butter) they have for sale. Duration: 1hr or less
2pm: Stop2 at The Cheese Shop “Country Store” Stock up on all of your favorite old school candy and treats you haven’t seen in stores for years! They also have many sugar-free options of those same treats! Duration: 1hr
4pm: Stop3 is dinner at the infamous Woodgrill Buffet, formerly known as Western Sizzlin’. You won’t be disappointed in any of the selections! Duration: 2hrs
We should arrive back at Target by 7pm.
Please be prepared to purchase what you like at all 3 stops. A boxed lunch will be provided for you on the way to the apple orchard. This is included in the price.
