Community Meditation and Sound Bath

2nd Friday of every month.

Step away from the demands of your busy schedule for a FREE community stress break. Prioritize your well-being with this hour of relaxation as soothing sounds and gentle vibrations guide you towards a deeper sense of peace.

As we come together to let go of stress, we also create an opportunity for individuals to connect and build a sense of belonging.

No need to register! Bring your own yoga mat/blankets for your comfort.

Held at Sentara Martha Jefferson Outpatient Care Center Kessler Conference Room

NOTE: If weather permits, location will move to the hospital outdoor amphitheater across the street. Follow the Simply Mindful Moment signs!
