Rope On Silks - Vertical Workshop

Rope on Silks!!! This workshop is geared toward the Intermediate I and Intermediate II student looking to explore some skills we work on in rope class and transposing onto silks. This is a fun compare and contrast workshop that allows you to see the difference in movement from one apparatus to another. Bring water and an open mind.

Prerequisites: Must be Intermediate I student on rope or silks
