Whether you collage it, bedazzle it, sticker spam it, or cover it with your crush’s initials, your Scrap & Slap creation will totally be all that and a bag of chips! With a totally rad 90s playlist and a 90s-style fortune teller inspired by Clarissa Explains It All, this event will be a throwback to the max!
