Loop de Loop Ribbon Cutting at SouthPark Regional Library

Celebrate the official opening of the Loop De Loop art piece at the ribbon cutting on August 12! Join SouthPark Community Partners, Arts and Science Council, SouthPark Regional Library, the City of Charlotte, and SouthPark Association of Neighborhoods, and artist Mary Carter Taub as the community officially welcomes the Loop De Loop art piece at the SouthPark Regional Library.

Attendees can expect to hear from the artist, and the first 75 people can get a free scoop of ice cream from the Golden Cow ice cream cart. Additionally, the Library hosts storytime each morning, with the last storytime ending at 11:30am, just before the beginning of the ribbon cutting event.

Join artist Mary Carter Taub as she leads a "Loop de Loop" art program inside the library's community room after the event.
