Join us for a First Friday Gallery Crawl ArtWalk where we’ll explore the murals that bring South End to life! This guided ArtWalk will take you through the Design District’s outdoor art gallery, and will feature larger-than-life works of art, rich history, and the stories behind the murals.

👑 An Iconic mural at Dilworth Artisan Station – Learn about the building history and how the artist brought new life to a familiar image.
Love Connection – See the Confetti Hearts mural and see why it is the most instagrammable mural in CLT.
🎨 Meet an Artist – Hear firsthand from local artist Chalice Meikle about the creative process and be inspired learning more about Charlotte’s artist community.

Chalice Meikle is a painter, muralist, art educator and powerful presence in the Charlotte art community. You can find her hosting weekly figure drawing classes, leading artists panel discussions at arts organizations, live painting at various arts events, and teaching workshops and preparing for exhibitions.
