Dancing enhances balance, mobility, and cardiovascular health, reducing the risk of falls and promoting overall physical well-being. It also stimulates cognitive function, improving memory, and lowering the risk of dementia.

All proceeds from this amazing evening will support the Residents’ Assistance Fund (RAF), a lifeline for residents at The Sharon at SouthPark. In 2024, this fund provided more than $1.2 million to support 24 residents, ensuring they could continue to live with dignity and security at The Sharon.
