Dinner & Dewey Line Cruise

The Cedar Lake Historical Association presents a taste of Cedar Lake nostalgia in The Dining Room at Lassen's Resort followed by a 45-minute Lassen's Dewey Line cruise experience on magnificent Cedar Lake aboard Big Dewey. Check-in at The Museum at Lassen's Resort front desk. Dinner is served at 5:30 pm, cruise begins at 6:30 pm. Dessert is served during the cruise. Return to the dock in time to view the sunset from the museum porch rocking chairs.

Enjoy dishes inspired by traditional resort menu items prepared by Lassen's Resort Executive Chef Erik A. Hinds.

*Tobes steak tartare on a delicate potato pave and garnished with a cheese/herb tuile
*Maple-glazed "mastodon lollipops" (chicken) on a bed of fresh greens
*Potawatomi wild rice-stuffed tilapia with an edible floral garnish
*Lassen's Icebreaker dessert rosette shell with a decadent truffle filling, dusted with white chocolate powder
$80 per person; 16 person capacity. Available select Thursdays through August.
