Meditation: Stillness in a Chaotic World, the Gift of BEing.

Join us for a guided meditation at the Catonsville Clubhouse!

This will be a meditation at the Catonsville Clubhouse separated into 2 parts.

The first is learning a few tools of awareness, and to soften and center your energy in your body, and into the present moment.

The second part will be sitting more fully in the experience of BEing, deepening, and noticing what and how you feel.


This is a guided energy experience in meditation form. While this process soothes and softens inner edges, it cultivates groundedness, vitality, a calm heart and clarity of mind. And the ability to BE present, calm and stay centered in the midst of chaos.


About the Venue: The Clubhouse is a 100-seat, intimate performance space located in the heart of the Catonsville Arts District. Recently acquired, it is owned and operated by the Baltimore County Arts Guild and serves as a center of the arts in Baltimore County. Additional classrooms provide space for classes and workshops.
