Calling all mamas-to-be 💫
You’re invited to a 6-week sacred journey designed to nourish your growing body, calm your mind, and deepen your connection with your baby and your inner wisdom.
This is your space to slow down, move gently, and prepare for birth in a loving, supportive environment. Each week we’ll explore grounding yoga, breathwork, meditation, and simple rituals to help you feel strong, soft, and deeply connected as you move through this powerful rite of passage.

🧘 No yoga experience needed
