Through the gentle resonance of sound, we are invited to let the mind become still as we reconnect back to ourselves. Returning to the wisdom that has always been within, allowing ourselves to simply be. Dedicating this time solely to you, letting go of worries and the endless to-do lists.

As we surrender to stillness our bodies shift into a parasympathetic state, bathing in a state of balance. I invite you to welcome presence and curiosity, allowing your mind and heart to open to the unfolding of this experience.

Sound healing is designed to help you release stress and balance all 7 chakras (energy centers) within the body, each chakra responsible or a different aspect of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being within us. These channels often get blocked or unbalanced potentially creating emotional disharmony.

Sound healing is an effective gentle way of rebalancing these centers by using a series o frequencies which each of the 7 crystal quartz bowls have as well as, gongs, medicine drums, chimes, flutes and other frequency instruments.

All are welcome to experience the profound benefits of this meditative practice. It's perfect for anyone seeking an hour of rest and stillness, whether you're feeling burnt out, disconnected from yourself, or simply in need of replenishing your soul and inner
peace.
