Workshop Wednesdays - Discover Your Strengths

The Discover Your Strengths workshop is designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of their unique abilities through self-assessment tools such as StrengthsFinder and career interest inventories. Through guided activities, attendees will identify their transferable skills, core values, and personal interests.

The workshop will also focus on crafting a compelling elevator pitch that reflects these insights. By the end, participants will have greater clarity about the roles and industries that align with their strengths and will leave with a practical elevator pitch template to confidently communicate their professional value.
