Cacao Ceremony: Cacao has a long history that honours its sacredness. The origins behind Cacao are as mysterious as the complex magic found within its fruit and seed containing a kaleidoscope of antioxidants nutrients and mood elevating properties. It is regarded as a heart opening medicine for people to work with intentions and experience awakening revelation and inner healing.

Cellular Regeneration: a breathwork experience designed to cleanse regenerate and awaken your cells reconnecting you with the innate power of healing that lives within you. The session merges down-regulation breathwork immersive 9D soundscapes guided visualization and vibrational affirmations to activate a deep cellular reset that supports emotional detox and energetic renewal. With each breath you release tension dissolve old wounds and recalibrate your nervous system. Whether you’re healing emotional wounds recovering from burnout or simply seeking a powerful reset this journey is a portal back to wholeness. 

Soundbath: the harmonious embrace of Crystal Tones singing bowls chimes tuning forks and vocals to guide the body into its natural healing rhythm. An infusion of high frequency sound binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies with resonance that are not simply heard by the ear but felt in the body.
