Summer Yoga, Craft & Gong Bath Day Retreat - St Fagans

A special day retreat in St Fagans including a healthy lunch and dessert 😊🙏

🟠 The day is designed to be a special treat to breathe, rest and recharge your batteries in a beautiful setting. This one-off day includes a session creating a macrame plant hanging to take home with local artist and ceramicist Imogen Higgins-Jonas.

🟠 The day will start with a freshly cold pressed apple, carrot and ginger shot before a recharging Hatha Yoga session. We will then break for a healthy buffet lunch, tea and dessert fully catered for by a wonderful local chef - healthy and vegetarian / vegan. If the weather is fair we will walk across the road to the beautiful gardens of the St Fagans National Museum of History.

🟠 The afternoon session will be a relaxing macrame session where we can chat and drink tea whilst creating a plant hanging to take home (all materials provided). We will finish the day with an immersive one-hour sound bath using symphonic gongs, crystal, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments.

*Please note that sound baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please send a message if you would like to discuss 🙂
