Five-week Yoga course starting on Monday the 7th of July, 10am at Pantygraigwen Community Centre (The Ranch). The class is suitable for beginners as well as those who have experience. We will start slow and build up.
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. Every week will finish with a different sound bath from symphonic gongs, singing bowls, chimes, handpan and other instruments.
We will work in a gentle way through the Asanas, Pranayama's and Kriyas of the Gitananda Yoga tradition.
What is included?
🟠 Five one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule - at a time that suits you.
🟠 Access to short online videos if you would like to practise at home between classes.
🟠 Hand outs to learn more about Yoga.
🟠 Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠 A weekly sound bath from gongs, singing bowls, chimes, handpan and other instruments.
